Yeah usually Edible Arrangements is great however with the removing the store from Davenport which which I didn't learn until after I ordered. So with them removing the store from Davenport makes it harder for the delivery in our area so I'm sorry about that and I wish that they put another store here

My son received an Edible Arrangement after having surgery this week. There was cantaloupe, and honeydew throughout which he is highly allergic to. I called the store, and the worker immediately asked what he could have and said she would have a new one made up and delivered. I kid you not, not even an hour later ANOTHER beautiful arrangement was delivered. Talk about above and beyond! Thank you so much, this put a much needed smile on my little guys face!

I had a very frustrating experience with the Rockford Edible Arrangements location. I placed an online order at 12:30 PM and paid extra for 1-hour rush delivery. The confirmation email clearly stated the order would be delivered within an hour. Hours passed with no delivery confirmation, so at 4:30 PM I called the store. The employee initially couldn’t find my order and had to call the manager. I was then told that the delivery driver (a third-party service) had stolen the order. What upset me most is that no one from the store contacted me to let me know there was a problem. I had to call them four hours later to find out my order had never been delivered. To make matters worse, the store called the recipient directly and told them they would receive the gift the next day. That completely ruined the surprise and I was never given the option to cancel before they contacted the recipient. The entire order was refunded, but the situation was handled very poorly and there was no effort made to properly resolve the issue or take responsibility (I would have been happy with my delivery charges refunded). Now I’m scrambling to find another gift to be delivered today the day that edi

Placed a last minute order to be delivered for a coworker of mine for her birthday. The new owner happen to answer the call. Very sweet guy and had great ideas for my price range. My friend received her gift and was very pleased with what was recommended. Great service and fast delivery.

My wife ordered a Holiday Dessert Board to be the table centerpiece for our family Christmas gathering. It was advertised to feed 15 people and it definitely did the job. Not only was it a beautifully created table centerpiece but it also became the center of conversation from everyone in our family with comments ranging from the perfect way all the artfully decorated items were arranged to the variety and freshness of the fruit, cookies, brownies and cakes that were used. Every chocolate covered item had a fresh and satisfying surprise revealed with each bite. The few items left on the tray were gathered up into packages each family member made to take home with them. Nothing was left behind. This was as eye catching at home as it was in your menu photo and a great hit for our family holiday celebration. Nice job and big thanks to your friendly and polite staff for all their help as well.
